Postage
UK Postage is included in the price of each item.Items are shipped either by Royal Mail, RM Special Delivery, or UPS.
If you wish to purchase more than one item, please contact us before ordering so that we can offer you a combined shipping price.
We are happy to offer our own ‘click and collect’ service. If you are able to collect your purchase from a show or event we will be attending please contact us before purchasing so that we can deduct the cost of shipping.

Returns
We pack really well but we know that breakages in transit can still occur occasionally. If your purchase arrives damaged please inform us immediately. Please take pictures of all packaging, as well as the damage, as we will need these in order to make a claim against the carrier.
In cases of damage a full refund will be given, by the same method of payment as the original purchase.
We want you to be truly happy with your purchase from The Travelling Crow. However, if you receive your item and then change your mind, or feel the piece is not as you expected, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss with you the best way to proceed.
If it is agreed that the item should be returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the postage and ensure that the item is returned to us by the same service it was posted out. It must arrive back to us in saleable condition, including any product packaging. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
All refunds will be made by BACs.
Please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first.

Why ‘The Travelling crow’?
The crow is known to be a highly intelligent bird of the family Corvidae, which includes crows, ravens, rooks, jackdaws, jays, magpies, treepies, choughs, and nutcrackers.
Many species of corvid will bring small treasures to humans that they like.
In the same way, we travel the British Isles to bring back our contemporary art and craft finds to share with you, our lovely customers!
Where can I view the work in person?
The Travelling Crow does not have a bricks and mortar gallery. Instead, you can find us at contemporary art and craft shows and other events all around the UK. Please see our current events programme for latest information. We are adding new events all the time, so check back frequently, or send us a mailing list request to be updated on our latest schedule and new acquisitions.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. However, please be aware that, post-Brexit, things may take a little longer to arrive. Also, we are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be levied in your own country. This now applies to the EU as well as the rest of the world. Please contact us in advance if you would like an estimate of shipping costs for a particular item.
